Blogging platforms and hyperlinked docs

Blogging is really popular now. It seems like every Tom, Dick, and Harry have a blog set up. I’m not just talking about your own personal homepage either. I’m not talking about myspace or facebook pages. I’m talking about blogs. There are a lot of people who are using blogger or blogspot. There are other who use wordpress and typepad. Some go more advanced and use wordpress self hosted and movabletype.
There are so many options to choose from. Sometimes, it’s a bad thing to have too many options. It can confuse you. It can get intimidating because you have to learn a lot of new things. Blogging should be simple. It should be about putting up your opinions quickly and easily. You don’t want to have to read and learn something just to write a few rants, do you?
